How Accidents Assist will help you.
After your initial contact to Accidents Assist we will:
- Call you back at your preferred contact time.
- Take further details regarding your accident circumstances.
- Inform you if we think we are able to assist, go through our procedures and arrange for one of our Specialist Panel Solicitors to contact you at a convenient time.
- Not give you legal advice, which is the job of our Specialist Panel Solicitors.
- Not charge you anything for doing this.
- Inform you if we feel we are unable to help you and then of course you are free to seek advice elsewhere.
You Must:
- Pass Accidents Assist initial assessment procedure. (Failure to do so does not affect your right to seek advice elsewhere)
- Pass your chosen Specialist Panel Solicitors initial assessment procedure. (Failure to do so does not affect your right to seek advice elsewhere)
- Co-operate fully at all times with your Solicitor and adhere to their business terms and conditions after acceptance and sign-up.
- Provide as much information as possible in support of your claim, never intentionally misleading your Solicitor.
- Be prepared to attend any Medical or Court Appearance requested and arranged by your Solicitor.
- Be prepared to run your claim to a conclusion, win or lose.
